This was my first visit to Geneva BA lounge. We arrived around 6pm and were shocked to see the state of the Lounge. Empty, dirty plates and glasses everywhere, and I mean everywhere! I found only 2 tables with no dirty dishes in the lounge section we sat in. There was no staff to be seen. The food buffet was empty... scraps of soup at the bottom of the pot, dry pasta, no sandwiches... some cheese and meat but no bread. Generally, whatever there was ... before the busy time... didn 't look like much choice for such a big airport. When my partner asked staff member about any more options of food, the answer he got was 'we were very busy today '. And that 's it...no apologies, nothing.. 40min i...
This is a very impressive lounge! Loads of different seating options for whether you’re wanting to dine, relax or work, and plenty of electric sockets throughout. The decor is super nice too being clean and fresh, with lots of light coming in from outside. There’s a good range of food available in the morning and a wide range of self-pour drinks, including draught beer in the lounge at the far end. With the friendly staff too I left very impressed and will enjoy being here in the future.
There is a huge difference between general lounges like Plaza Premium and carrier lounges like this. Given LHR is also their main hub I'd expect the lounge to be nice. Breakfast selection was just ok but lunch was a lot better. Great drink selection and lots of seating
Dividido en tres espacios además de la sala de bebidas/comida. Muchos sofás, mesas, enchufes… Echamos en falta más variedad de platos calientes (solo había 4 alternativas). El personal es amable y está atento a limpiar las mesas y a reponer las bandejas.

The lounge was clean, plenty of available seats and had friendly staff. There was also a pop up vegan stall hosted by a friendly Swiss chef.
As usual, the standard business lounge in Cointrin airport, not bad, but not extraordinary also.
Good facilities and saraswoti and chhyanu as they really worked hard for the nice shower.
not a great lounge just some really gross cold sandwiches
