There is fried chicken and there is broasted chicken, broasted is chicken deep fried in a pressure cooker. We all know what heat and pressure does to meats, it breaks it down and makes it soft and moist. I have been coming here for many years. The food has been consistently good. The potato wedges are amazingly delicious and huge, the skin is crispy and the inside has a consistency of a mash potatoes. I like my fried chicken with ketchup, but they also have a very tasty hot sauce that is more mild than hot.I usually call ahead and pickup it up in 25-30 mins.
Broasted chicken is the absolute best. I am baffled as to why it's not more common. And this broasted chicken is a fine example of why. Note that BROASTED is not ROASTED. To broast you need a special device that cooks under high pressure. Imagine the moistest fried chicken you ever had, the one you get very occasionally because everything happened to work out perfectly. That's broasted chicken every time. Do me a favor: try this chicken, and then start your own chain of broasted chicken shops with one near me so I can go.
One of the best fried (it 's technically broasted) chicken I 've ever had. I 've had the luxury of being a local to this spot for all my life and I 've had many places and nothing really compares to Broaster 's Kitchen. The batter is always crispy while the meat is always juicy! I always recommend them to everyone!
FRESH, JUICY, and DELICIOUS! First time eating here and I regretted not knowing this place sooner! I also made a mistake of not ordering more! Will be back for their wings and other stuff!! Truly a hidden gem that one will regret not going!

Food has always been great. We've been coming for the longest time that I can remember, and my dad has been coming here since the 90's. Best fried chicken you can get in LA ! Can never get tired of eating their food.
