I have the big combo: pulled pork, 1/4 huh, ripen and brisket with two sides. I also have an appetizer from Texas fries. I will say that the value they get is almost unbeatable. $20 for the amount of food that comes with the combo is excellent. here is my assessment of bbq. pork: simply the stallout. I'd give him a 7/10 until it's gone. great taste also, although I like that my dick has a little warmth, and that didn't have any. the skin was black charred, which is good, but the flesh itself was obviously well overcooked. easy to do with huh on a smoker. great little, no frills restaurant. test the alabama egg rolls and they were very delicious! my hubby had everything you can eat. he loved that huh, he said it was a bit of a bone. I had the pulled pork sandwich that was really good and was a very generous portion. some people have explained to be upset because there was no sose, but I think the people are confused between bar b q and bar b q sauce. there is a little soss on them, but when they eat there, they offer soss on the tables, so if they only be aware that the only two contrasts were l 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1). the mac and the cheese were the most tasty, tasteless things ever. We absolutely love Bruder's Grill! The staff is always friendly, and the food is fantastic! I always order the pulled pork, and it's incredibly delicious! I’m also a big fan of their BBQ sauce, Alabama egg rolls, corn nuggets, mac and cheese, and baked beans! We always take our family there when they visit the city. Whenever they’re seeking amazing BBQ in Pensacola, they know to head straight to Bruder’s!
Where to start...the BBQ sauce is mouth watering and PHENOMINAL!!! Phenomenal might be an understatement. We ordered the family meal to go and it was everything we were hoping it would be. Smoky, tasty, mouth watering, and if I had to pick my favorite aspect of the family meal it would be the pulled pork. Five star! Will visit again when we are back in Pensacola for vacation. I've been here several times, and I've never been disappointed. I tried the brisket and sausage, both perfectly smoked and bursting with flavor. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the food here. It's the best barbecue I've had in years! The homemade barbecue sauce, while not essential, adds even more flavor. The staff is also very attentive and friendly.
For our sides, we chose the slaw, which was quite tasty, and the fried okra, which was excellent. I also ordered more mac and cheese, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best; it lacked creaminess and flavor. Overall, I can definitely recommend this place, and the portion sizes are generous.
I was driving by with the windows down when the delicious aromas caught my attention, prompting me to make a U-turn to discover their source. The BBQ nachos, ribs, grits, and greens were unforgettable. I'm definitely going back tomorrow!

I was craving BBQ and had driven by Brother's several times; it smells incredible. I ordered take-out and was not disappointed. Their pulled pork was juicy and flavorful.
