I wish i could put 0 stars on this review. I ordered a delivery order through their website. Shortly after i got texts saying door dash is delivering order. I understand places that use third party delivery service to help grow business. Where it started going wrong was when i got text messages from door dash saying my order was cancelled. After calling the store they were unable to provide a straight answer on where the order went. The door dasher picked up the order then canceled it on door dash side. Let me preface... I took into consideration that this was an Uber Eats Delivery order. I'm always very fair with my reviews I believe it's important to be honest. I also told the restaurant the same feedback even before I posted this review. Also I've eaten at another location before it was significantly better. For this location this experience:The Sauce was less then par. The cheese was not good at all. It felt like there was no seasoning in either the sauce or the cheese. You could taste the cheese as if it was frozen prior to it being baked. The crust was probably the best part of the whole pie. Overall, It was sloppy wet didn't hold properly. We're trying this place again after a year because they had horrible customer service but we thought with a pickup order we would be OK. I ordered online, got a confirmation they received it, sent my daughter to pick it up and she was told they never received the order we had to submit our receipts so they would make the food I was already charged for and then they said it would be 30 minutes, wouldn't speak to me on the phone, only my minor daughter and didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience. This is not the first issue we've had. While they sometimes have great lemon pepper wings it's not worth all of this to get it.

Mom and Pop pizzarias like this are so underappreciated. I had a great pepperoni pizza. It was cheesy, the dough was fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, the pepperoni has that nice saltiness, the sauce was flavorful, and also the crust had a nice hint of sweetness to it. Also the service is top notch and the guy even gave me a water while I waited. Overall I'd go back to this place.
I walked in and quickly I was told the waiting periods was 40 minutes before my would begin. Then the wait for my food to begin and I was ordering a large Stromboli, so my wait increased even more and I have not tasted your food for me to wait that long. Thanks for the customer service.
Horrible cold pizza. Completely messed up my half and half toppings and made a mistake even with my can and f soda.Terrible experience.Never ever order from this place again

Never really had any issues with brothers until tonight where I got an uncut pizza. Do they expect all households to come with pizza cutters or is this just lazy work?
Pizza is trash. Visually no sauce and the pizza was VERY greasy which made the dough soggy. Everything fell off when you picked up a slice. Yuck.
