I went here with the wife on Sunday May 29 about a half hour after they opened. I ordered the ribs and the wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The ribs were acceptable but ya have to remember I frequently patronize a place called Lem's Barbecue located in a rough part of Chicago on the south side and their ribs I feel are the best I've ever had but it risky going there. But please bear in mind that Brothers ribs are really good and I'd order them again but this time I'll get the delicious sauce on the ribs rather than on the side! This was a new place for me to try, it was on Chicago's best, which meant I had to try it. Buddy recommendation. That day I was feeling ribs or rib tips, after my 2 friends ordered one of each I decided to get what they called the Lil bit. This includes everything from 1/3 ribs 1/3 rib tips 1/3 pork and 1/3 beef brisket. I got the dinner which included the beans coleslaw and garlic bread. The ribs were definitely a little rougher than fall off the bone. The rib tips were very good but a little fatty. The pork and brisket tasted very similar. But what really took the case was the award winning BBQ sauce. Overall this place was very good! Definitely worth the visit!
I was in the mood for rib tips and found this restaurant thru a Google search. The staff was outgoing and friendly. They recommended the fries with my meal and I must say, they were the best. The rib tips were great as well as the baked beans. I don't know how I didn't know this restaurant was here but I will definitely be back.
