We visited there for Sunday brunch for the first time. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sam and seated. After a few minutes Sam came back and brought us waters asked if we needed anything else and explained our waitress may be a few minutesbecause she was taking orders for a large party. Michelle came around not too long after and took our order for the amazingchicken wings as a starter and got us all set with the mimosas! She gave us ample time to enjoy our appetizer and took ourorders. She was so thoughtful and patient explaining everything and taking care of our needs. If you like beer and good food this is the place for you. Brown Iron brews their own beer and has an incredible selection of Michigan beers as well as many others. They have a live tap list on their website so you can see what they have at anytime, howmuch is in the barrel as well as some useful information to help sort through the list which is helpful because as of right nowthere are 65 different beers on tap. In addition to the beer they have a great food menu, plenty of space both indoor andoutdoor. If you want to try some new beer this is a destination for you.
First timers at BIB. Loved the atmosphere and vibe and definitely reminded me of Germany. Beer selection was great and menu was good. The Brisket Egg Rolls were delicious. On the other hand, the Brisket Melt was not so great. The Brisket did not cook high enough to break down the fat which left for some pretty nasty chewy pieces. All in all it was good and I would probably go back and try something else.
