Great chicken regular or spicy great sides best cole slaw in Chicago crispy fries good stuff! what happened??ugh! poor window service in Downers Grove chicken tasted left over; new coleslaw recipe tasted a week old; indescribable gravy on the mashed potatoes poor.Used to be... This is the best Browns Chicken Restaurant that I ate at, the chicken is fresh and crispy fried just right and the fries were fresh and the place is clean and the workers are friendly, I will definitely be eating here when ever I’m in this area ??

Chicken had lots of fat and wasn't well seasoned. The fried okra was ok, but I have had better. Not the best presentation of Browns. Have Popeye's instead.

Ordered catering for a birthday party and the food was great!! chicken was not greasy or dry and it was ready on time! Will definitely use them again ??

Place is terrible for customer service and the food has gone down hill since 2022.
