The staff is well-versed in preventing cross-contamination. They offer tasty gluten-free buns or lettuce wraps as substitutes for the burgers. However, the fries are not cooked in a separate fryer. On the bright side, their house salad is fantastic. Make sure to save room for the gluten-free brownie for dessert!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely attentive and meticulous. They meticulously double-check everything and serve your order separately. I have never had any issues with food poisoning here, and the delicious food is definitely worth the slight additional wait.
The manager of the restaurant is celiac and has trained her staff to properly handle gluten-free orders. I have never gotten sick from ordering here, and their gluten-free burger rolls are some of the best I have ever had!
