we had a night in cincinnati for our jubilee and decided to come here. very disappointed! I've been waiting for a long time to serve our food. the command came wrong. ordered chili cheeses fries and came only as a fries. the fries were sitting in a boiled fat. tweezers were not crispy and hamburger buns soggy. Before we came here often before Broadway shows, not sure we will return!
We had a nice time at BruBurger Bar. We went before a Broadway show for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was full, but not too noisy. Our server was able to stop by out table several times to make sure everything was OK. We had reservations but were able to be seated earlier which worked out well. Food was delicious!! Will definitely be back!
It seemed like forever before we got our food and my margarita. The French fries were hard and the onion rings had too much batter for me. On the other hand the chicken tenders were great and when I finally got my margarita it was good.
The restaurant has excellent service and delicious food, but the lack of insulation in the building, particularly with all the windows, made it very cold inside. It would be a good idea to bring an extra layer of clothing to stay warm. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The burgers were tasty, but the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The server was initially attentive, but ended up forgetting my onion rings twice. I eventually received them and had to ask the server to take them off my bill.
We had a reservation and the restaurant was pretty empty but we were sat right next to the door. Seemed like we could have been sat elsewhere. Food was great.
the personal and the bar channels were amazing. I took care of my daughter and with great service and great food. Corporate should be proud of this team.

we eat there a lot sometimes the burgers aren’t consistent. Medium Well comes out well done. The salads are great.
