The new system where you don’t order bagels first and then pay is a terribleCustomer experience. I don’t want to torture myself for a less than 7.00 dollar bagel purchase. It causes you to wait longer in line (over 20 minutes) and single customer orders end up behind the obnoxious family of five. Because no one working here has customer prioritization skills…The reason why the customers experience is so terrible is because they pay so low, they only get bottom of the barrel employees. Customer service sucks here. I came in yesterday and there was no line. I didn’t know which end to start ordering from and no one would take my order. I walked all the way up and down the aisle three times while the lady with facial hair at the register pretended she didn’t see me because apparently her only task is button pushing. Finally someone making the bagels asked what I want. They are rude and anytime I said please or thank you I was met with complete silence. I share the same sentiment as other reviewers that the new system is not an improvement over the old one. When I placed my order, it was processed, but before I made the payment, I inquired about the availability of additional Asiago cheese bagels since the display basket appeared nearly empty (this was before 11 am). The staff member went to check but confirmed that there were none in stock. Because there's an extra charge for those bagels, she had to cancel my order and re-enter it. If I hadn't asked, I would have ended up having to get back in line after picking up my dozen bagels.
I absolutely love the fresh bagels here; they’re made right in front of you! I tried the Western breakfast sandwich, which is a delightful combination of egg, peppers, bacon, and a special sauce on a fresh everything bagel. I enjoy this sandwich so much that I order it every time I visit. The coffee is pretty good too! If you’re in Newton, I highly recommend stopping by!

I ordered bagels from this place, and they offer a great selection of options. I tried the hashbrown cheese bagel, the five cheese bagel, and a few other flavors. The hashbrowns were surprisingly delicious!
This is the best bagel place around! They always have a great variety of bagels to choose from. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the manager is excellent. I will definitely be returning!
One of the best places to grab bagels from a chain! While this location lacks seating, it does offer a counter where you can stand and enjoy your bagels.

Don't really like the way the set up the ordering. Takes too long and the line builds up. Too stressful.
