I have been a huge fan of Brueggers for over 20 years, mostly because their bagels have always been so good with a crust on the outside that made them authentic and delicious. They have always boiled their bagels before baking, which gives them that denser, chewy texture. I don't know what's happened but the bagel I had on this visit had no chewiness or crust. It was disappointing! Additionally, this location at least seems to have permanently eliminated their dining room (never reopened after the pandemic). I am not sure if that is a corporate decision or a store one, but it seems short-sighted as folks who want to sit down and eat or have a quick breakfast meeting will surely go elsewhere....
Stop for breakfast and coffee. Wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and efficient. I placed my order and it in five minutes. I had the pastrami, cheese and egg on a pumpernickel bagel. Very good. The roasted bagel was crunchy and chewing at the same time. The pastrami was slim, warm and thin. The egg was good, but not what I would classify as fresh. The menu looked extensive, but I made quite a lot of my mind to eat by first online. The coffee was amazing. I had the French Roast. Very strong and very brave. I like that. And free refills. The place was clean, and lots of space (but it was just after 6:30). If I were back in the area, I would return.
Great service inside. The employees were kind and patient. Everything was fresh and the environment was clean. We loved our breakfast bagel sandwiches, and they were made in record time. Just to help others like me who may not know, they can make any bagel “skinny”. Very pleased!
Where have you been all my life? Your everything bagels are covered, both sides. Your hash browns are not. They are magical little balls of cheesy potatoes that dance on my taste buds. Calling them hash browns is an insult to the food you serve. 11/10.
This location is like no other! Best staff you can imagine to see every morning! They are absolutely the friendliest staff and always in a great mood no matter how early I go! Food is good too, but staff makes this location great!!!!!!!!
Such an enjoyable experience. The staff are pleasant and the bagels are delicious. We tried a bagel bundle and four breakfast sandwiches. Everything was fresh and tasty. High recommended.
Delicious bagels. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it. I recommend the everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese.
Love me some Bruegger’s. Not many left in my area, it was great to find this one. Love their sandwiches.
