This is the worst Bruegger's location I've ever visited! Regardless of how long the line is, there are always two employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left, having only a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter spent five minutes fiddling with a towel instead of taking my order. I simply wanted plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than three minutes to get in and out. I won't be coming back!

The restaurant boasts an excellent location, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. While I found the Smoked Salmon bagel to be a bit too fishy for my liking, I absolutely adore the Sriracha Honey Sunrise!
