**Week 1**: I ordered 2 dozen assorted bagels, and when I got to the meeting, I noticed there were at least a dozen plain bagels included. It was odd, but not a complete disaster.
**Week 2**: I specifically requested 2 dozen bagels with no plain ones this time, thinking it would be easier than explaining. However, as the employee was filling the bags, she began adding plain bagels from the bin. I had to stop her, and she said, "Oh right, no plain ones."

My family has been coming to this location for well over a decade, as it's the only traditional bagel place nearby. We have seen staff cycle several times, but never has it seen such a dramatic and immediate turn for the worse as it did in the last couple of weeks. The old crew appears to have been completely replaced, and the new ones are not only completely incompetent, but at least one has no concept of what customer service is supposed to mean, going so far as to be outwardly rude and aggressive towards me when I tried to place an order. Apparently, the customer has to say, Toasted and ask if they expect any coffee in any of the containers. . . I 'll assume she works a lot but being friendly isn 't much to expect, either. I 'm only giving a two because the much younger man was polite and seemingly put real effort into his customer 's food. We however received slapped together and rushed cold bagels. I 've never said toasted before but IF I return I will definitely say it BOLDLY, next time!
The bagels are fantastic, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing during my visits. The coffee is rarely brewed, the place feels a bit dirty, and the staff isn't friendly at all. During my most recent visit, all three coffee pots were empty, there were no coffee sleeves available, and the staff was downright rude.

no seats to tables, how inconsiderate to the patrons. I came in this morning with my entire family to sit down and eat. it was 42 degrees and raining outside. once we were all inside we realized there were no tables or seats to sit down and enjoy our meal. I will never go to this location again for this reason.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Such a good breakfast/lunch place to stop at. And they are fast! I got the western breakfast sandwich! With a side of avocado and it’s AMAZING. Edit! Everyone there was so nice and helpful! It was my first time there. I usually never leave reviews but was too good not to leave one!
The food is incredible and the coffee is the best I’ve had no complaints. The customer service is TERRIBLE, I’m always met with an I’ll-mannered employee. The young man with the curly hair is a blessing tho!
Food was great, but to-go only for some reason dining is closed? The sandwiches are loaded with fresh goodies, would be nice to enjoy it at a table rather than my car or out in the cold.

I always enjoy coming here for lunch to create my own dish. It's consistently delicious and fairly priced. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I miss the chicken spaetzle.
The best everything bagel on the planet. Deli sandwiches are divine. Jalapeño cream cheese is a work of art.
