As a NYer, I thought I 'd stop in and see how they compare. The young lady taking our order was excellent, extremely polite and efficient. Along with our bagels, I ordered a coffee, I went to the coffee station for cream and sugar, there wasnt any sugar stocked, an older employee, with sunglasses on her head, saw us there, reached down into the cupboard, pulled out two packets of sugar, dumped them into her coffee and went back to the counter, I walked over and asked Um, would you mind sticking the sugar? She gave me the rudest look and said we don 't have any I replied I just saw you pull some out and put it in your coffee? And ridley she exclaimed I took the last two, we don 't have any! U...
March 20, 2023 update: Lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1. This place has tanked. It used to be such a nice place to go for a bagel and coffee. The service is now slow. The lines are out the door. The bagels are poorly made (slapped together and not even cut all the way though). And the dining room has been removed. So now I just go next door to Stone Creek for a coffee, breakfast pastry, and nice place to sit. Great bagels and friendly staff, but this location 's dining room has been closed for weeks, so they can no longer rightly claim to be dine-in.
The sandwiches was inconsistent. I try to try a place more than one. The first time I ordered the bagel was so small and light. Only had one piece of Paton on it. The actual bagel sandwiches was cold and was tiny. Ordered again and the bagels was regular sized and heavy which filled me and my family up. If I would have know that the size was off I wouldn have said something. This will stop people from buying if the quality is never consistent. The blueberry muffins are delicious.
Service needs work and better communication. Changed closing hours and also ran out of eggs and didn't communicate that to customers until we made the 15 minute line. The workers really need to work on changing their gloves frequently and wearing hairnets. Touching your hair with gloves then making food isn't hygienic. The teamwork isn't efficient whatsoever. Every time I go in this place the workers ignore me or stare like I’m an alien. They don’t offer to take my order, greet me or anything without me speaking first. Today a Caucasian woman who came in after me walked right in front of me and ordered while the workers just ignored me. I do not recommend this place to minorities apparently their still stuck in the 50’s. Sadly, I’ve been looking around for the blacks not allowed sign. It’s a sad world we live in.
Ordered 6 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese yesterday.…..The bagels were smushed and flat. Didn’t taste fresh at all. I also asked for them to be sliced and they were not. I tried to call and talk to an employee about my experience but the phone just kept ringing. I used to be a huge Bruegger’s fan but don’t think I will be visiting anytime soon.
Really great bagels! Awesome for locals to swing by thanks to their wonderful rewards program. The hot breakfast isn't the best in the world, but it honestly does the job. If you find yourself complaining, you have too high of expectations for fast-food breakfast.
The breakfast sandwiches here are fantastic. Sometimes the staff puts too much sauce on but that's my personal preference. This particular location is next to a coffee shop so this is a great place to stop for breakfast. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Zero sense of urgency. Took the girl making the bagels 10 minutes to make 2 bagels. The manager was fast and efficient but them employees had no common sense.
