March 20, 2023 update: Lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1. This place has tanked. It used to be such a nice place to go for a bagel and coffee. The service is now slow. The lines are out the door. The bagels are poorly made (slapped together and not even cut all the way though). And the dining room has been removed. So now I just go next door to Stone Creek for a coffee, breakfast pastry, and nice place to sit. Great bagels and friendly staff, but this location 's dining room has been closed for weeks, so they can no longer rightly claim to be dine-in.
Service needs work and better communication. Changed closing hours and also ran out of eggs and didn't communicate that to customers until we made the 15 minute line. The workers really need to work on changing their gloves frequently and wearing hairnets. Touching your hair with gloves then making food isn't hygienic. The teamwork isn't efficient whatsoever. Unfortunate because the menu is pretty good but the whole experience wasn't great. The food took a backseat.
Every time I go in this place the workers ignore me or stare like I’m an alien. They don’t offer to take my order, greet me or anything without me speaking first. Today a Caucasian woman who came in after me walked right in front of me and ordered while the workers just ignored me. I do not recommend this place to minorities apparently their still stuck in the 50’s. Sadly, I’ve been looking around for the blacks not allowed sign. It’s a sad world we live in.
Make a request that you dont get the jalapeño cream cheese on the farmhouse (not an option on to customize) it tasted like sour ranch and made the whole thing inedible. The strawberry and almond cream cheese taste like water down butter and yoghurt with slight hints of the flavors. The hash brown tasted like cigarette ash. The muffins are good though. Really great bagels! Awesome for locals to swing by thanks to their wonderful rewards program. The hot breakfast isn't the best in the world, but it honestly does the job. If you find yourself complaining, you have too high of expectations for fast-food breakfast.
The breakfast sandwiches here are fantastic. Sometimes the staff puts too much sauce on but that's my personal preference. This particular location is next to a coffee shop so this is a great place to stop for breakfast.
Brueggers is my go-to restaurant for ordering food! Whether it's their breakfast bagel like the Western or their lunch bagel Turkey Chipotle, I always leave satisfied and full. I highly recommend it!
Zero sense of urgency. Took the girl making the bagels 10 minutes to make 2 bagels. The manager was fast and efficient but them employees had no common sense. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered the hash browns to go, but they weren't even cooked. They were cold in the center, like ice, and I paid $1.79 for them.
