I have a dairy allergy and struggle to find safe and delicious places to eat. I previously had tried and loved Sweet Emotion (again quote on quote) ice cream place downtown Springfield and this place popped up right around the corner, I was so excited!! Then I was even more excited to see that it was The Brunch Box AND Sweet Emotion. The food was absolutely delicious! They were even able to make sure my husband was able to eat with his recent low sodium diet restrictions. The staff was so accommodating and able to answer every question we had and was so nice regardless of how many times we bothered them! The atmosphere was such a vibe!! I can 't wait to go back!! Such a great Vegan spot to eat. I am not a Vegan but the food was fantastic. They have breakfast tacos, delicious Quiche, great coffee, and even some very delectable sweets if you are in the mood. Even if you are a meat eater, you should stop in and give them a try. (Right next to Black Sheep). You won 't regret it. Such a great little place! Wish my stay in Springfield was longer! Got biscuits gravy a lavender latte day 1 was blown away then came back day 2 to pick up breakfast for myself and all my coworkers! The sandwitches also fantastic!Also look at this poached egg Benedict!Shhhh..... P.s. everything is vegan ;)Vegetarian options: Everything!
Today I got to try the vegan BLT from Brunch Box, and it deeply satisfied my craving. It was so good. The exactly right combination of flavors and textures. Can't wait to go back to try more things. The atmosphere is really cool too. There's plenty of seating for dining in or enjoying a cup of coffee or an ice cream from Sweet EMOtion.
