Bruno Bimas - Tisch reservieren

This is really a shop selling all manner of beautiful confectionery patisserie and chocolates rather than a delicatessen. All the offerings are miniature works of art befitting the work of an artisan . As soon as you enter the shop your senses are assailed by the aromas of all things yummy. Friendly greetings followed by offers to try everything. Tough as it was I resisted! Bought lots of macaroons, cakes and mousses and was given strict french instructions I had to consume them that day (I think . No fear of that! Everything gobbled up within a few minutes of arriving back to our room! So I reckon anyone with a sweet tooth should give this shop a try

We had an ice cream which looked very like a cake. It was not bad, but it was too sweet and very hard to cut through it with a spoon. The shop lookes very nice and the cakes too. We did not stay enough time in Carvassonne to taste more of them :

Visited this shop on a chocolate and wine tour, amazing all home made tasted different chocolates from around the world, go and buy yourself a small box of 20 different flavours

Wonderful pastries and chocolates.All homemade with quality fresh ingredients .Had a light lunch here also very nice indeed.Friendly staff and some english.

I was looking for a chocolate fix. But not just any chocolate. Good quality, customer service and presentation. Go here! You won't be disappointed.
