My wife and I went to Bruno's last night with some big friends who always ran over this place and how much we would love him! I can only say that they were 100% right!! We're both from New York and know what we like in an Italian restaurant. From the second we went through the door we were both new for a real treat. It immediately brought me home with the greeting we received from the owners, and everything else just fell into place. The food was great, an atmosphere was also. Went there to have a birthday dinner. We just picked a place off the internet and we picked right. We started off with the rice ball and a trio of crostinis. While I chose the lasagna dinner, as recommended to us by our server, with trepidation as usually it's a mixed bag. But the one I had there is the best ever. They know how to do it right. Served with homemade meatballs on the side that in themselves were most excellent. We ended up with a piece of cheese cake that was just the right touch to end the meal. I am looking forward to trying more food from there.
I've been looking for the best Italian restaurant in the area since I moved here 18 months ago. Sad I had no luck until Bruno. I missed big Italians and the city and Bruno felt like home. I sat at the chef's table and could watch the prep for all the dishes served this night and it was incredible. Every work of art with care and skill. I recommend the arancini!!! You're amazing! But I doubt that you will be disappointed with everything you order.
I'm from New York and the woman eating in Brooklyn and New York City, our meal at Bruno's was probably one of the best meals we've ever eaten. If you want great food, lots of service, in a great atmosphere Bruno's is the only place to eat, by the way my wife is 100% Sicilian and has never fallen a meatball that was not out of her kitchen and she has about Bruno's Meatballs's.... Delicious food in an intimate setting. Like hanging out with family. Since moving to FL from NJ we have not had luck finding good New York style Italian food, until now. They squeezed in our group of 8 to celebrate a special birthday, and we all really enjoyed our dishes, particularly the eggplant rollantine, antipasto, bolognese, and chicken parm. Excellent food served with a smile. Thanks, we will be back soon!
Best Italian restaurant in SW Florida. Family owned and operated! They got 5 stars across the board! The food taste amazing I had the seafood alfredo and it was just beyond my expectations. The wine we had was great! The cannollis we had with a hint of lemon were better then the ones I love in New England areas!!! The service was great very prompt and friendly. It is AMAZING!!!!! Highly recommend it!
The food was excellent! Real Italian, delicious! The employees and owners were wonderful and made me welcome. I recommend the Arancini and Veal Parma with a glass of Chianti. If you want more, get The Taste of New York with a cappuccino. Enjoy! Thanks for the wonderful meal

Great food and wonderful owners. No heartless franchise food here. The owners are on the floor and on the line working. Thanks s why the food is outstanding. Try the Lasagna with meatballs. The sauce is special.
