Very good concept, good products and excellent meat frankly nothing to say ... on this side! Beautiful building, beautiful infrastructure but.... We arrived at 7pm, in a room not cleaned, not ranked ... disappointing considering the number of customers we were. The first impression was not ideal while yet we were seduced during our order of choice of menus and proposed meat. Between what we've done and the room maintenance there's just a huge ditch and it's a shame. What to say of the employees, who even if they are pleasant, spend their time drinking strawberry juices, using fries to eat and taking pictures in the back kitchen (damaged from the table where we were, we saw them doing well .....
We are a family of 6 with 4 children and today Thursday 19 January 2023 we arrived at 12:15 and at 13:15 we still had no order!! The children were returning to school, so we were forced to laugh. We had a refund of our order and three hamburger for the 4 children who had not ordered it but who had to eat something before taking back the courses. We have been many in this situation! Very bad management! Too bad because meat and fries seemed to be of good quality. If you don't have enough time to eat!
I am not a fan of fast food in the usual way but Brut Butcher is a concept that brings a positive vision of fast food. Eat fast but with quality products. If you like meat, you can enjoy the different beef proposals. I have a strong preference for the tab!. In addition to the concept and the place to the architecture and the decor worked, it is worth noting a welcome that is always pleasant and smiling what is really top!
New packaging policy that consists of making everything fit into a single box well on the box not to support the operation result of the beef at the bottom of the bag of transport of soft and unloaded fries and coca spilled on my chicken pane of the big no matter what... For the price better go elsewhere..

Second time I come in a month, two similar experiences in terms of quality, nothing to change First time meat in my opinion not respecting the weight of sale and fries too cooked, no rinse finger, Second experience, cold meat, warm fries and still no rince finger.Why?
The menus have changed, the fries have changed and it is much less good than before! A very big disappointment for the whole family: Not to mention the Brut Farmer who disappeared T T T We will not return!
Très agréable surprise, très bon et un accueil chaleureux,rien à voir avec les fast foot habituel. Frites maison..viande et produits locaux Les prix sont très raisonnable.
