I am a fan of Bubbakoo's. Living in point pleasant I have been eating there for years, and the food is always decent. Being a teacher in the area I have my own little tradition where I order lunch out during the last week of school as a celebration of the end of year. It's my little treat to myself. Yesterday I ordered from the Neptune Bubbakoo's which I have done previously and always noticed its inferior quality compared to other locations. So I ordered on their app which was really user friendly and it lets you pay with Apple Pay. Loved that part. They emailed me a confirmation and told me the time of my delivery. They were about 10 minutes outside of it but not too bad. My first experience i decided to do a classic marinated grilled chicken quesadilla with pico. The chicken was very tender but a bit salty. I also thought the side of salsa and sour cream should have been bigger. It was a pretty big dish that i actually shared. absolutely entlicious! Not only that I have some of the best shredded boars ever, and my man said the best mango habanero sauce he ever had, but the personal was so friendly and nice! they gave us some recommended, it was our first time to visit that all were fantastic, and have us the love chips that they must try them! we are coming back in definitiw!
the 2 employees I spoke to on the phone today were so pleasant and helpful. I had considered certain allergens and they took my thinking seriously and were patient and extremely helpful. the food itself was good, but I really wanted to point out how helpful and great the employees in this are loading. good tasty eating and really nice staff who came to check if we were in order after we had set ourselves to taste the food, thought he was very pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy what we were! so happy to find a Mexican quick spot that has garnelen! I have a garnelen hibachi bowl, but will try the burrito next time.
We were in town for a gymnastics competition and were looking for a place to eat between events. The food was average, nothing special. The waitress was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, which was nice to see. However, I probably wouldn't choose to eat at this chain restaurant again if I ever returned to the area.

Nice concept to be able to 'build' your own meal creation or just buy off the menu. I had a chicken burrito which was very tasty. Unfortunately it had way too much rice compared to chicken and was quite expensive. 12 for a burrito and drink is why I down rated them. Most other items will cost substantially more. We were in the area for a tournament and were looking for food in between games. The food was okay, just mediocre. The woman helping us was nice and really seemed to enjoy her work. It's always nice to see people who care about their job. Probably wouldn't return if I ever come across this chain again.
