After reading rather positive reviews, we popped in before a concert at Bethel Woods. The crowds had just left to get to the concert and it was after the dinner rush, so seating had options: inside, outside on top deck or bottom deck. We opted for outside on the bottom deck, as space was readily available. Our server was very polite and quick to take our drink orders, as well as answer any questions for us about the menu. She did space-out on our order and brought the wrong main dish and side, leaving a not-so-pleasant taste to a BBQ dinner. She did take 10% off the bill, but after a meager tip, it was a wash. The food is great and the staff are very nice and accommodate your needs as much as possible! The view from the deck is also gorgeous! We recommend the brisket, sweet potato fries, salad bar, buffet (when they have it), and the 'fish of the day '.
We ate lunch there today. Must have been an off day...bbq shrimp rice(shrimp ok, rice cold). Bethel burger(med.well...dried out burger on over- sized bun). Service by Michelle... excellent!
