I have to start by saying that the staff here lack even the most basic understanding of customer service. They often ignore customers, don’t engage in conversation, and can be quite rude. I’ve even seen them reading books instead of taking orders! It seems they prefer to do everything but serve, all while wearing pajamas—what a cushy job…
Additionally, they come up with new policies on a daily basis. For instance, they claimed that brown sugar was only available on weekends, but when I visited on a weekday, they said I could only order it if I got a large drink. They present these "rules" as if I should already be aware of them, despite the fact that none of this information is posted anywh...
Great bubble tea shop with crepes; there are better ones if you travel 45+ min but this place is the best in the area and glad a good one FINALLY opened up! Hope it's around to stay!! I recc the thai tea with tapioca topping, if it's your first bubble tea experience! On some of the other drinks you can customize about how much sugar you want. The crepe was very pretty. We ordered their seasonal pumpkin special crepe and it came a pumpkin ice cream inside; TASTY AF ! The thai tea was also very good. All thai tea ain't the same and this was a good one! No seating, they do have a makeshift walk-up window due to covid and that made it a little harder to hear them since they do their orders through an intercom on the wall. On a nice/hot day it is a great spot. Check it before the winter checks you!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s not hard to make bubble tea and serve it with a smile. If you do not like your job please go home. Won’t be coming again unfortunately. Crepes were BELOW par. Girls in the front need more training. The owner clearly doesn’t care about her business and because of that does not deserve our money.

I had an incredible experience at this bubble tea shop! I've visited twice, and both times were fantastic. Their boba and ice cream rolls wrapped in crepes are absolutely delightful!
Just overall excellent place, saw one of the crapes that they had, it looked amazing! Big enough for a meal if you wanted it to be ?Would DEFINITELY recommend. Good job Bubbles!

Had a Dr's appointment and was super parched, stopped her to get taro Boba. Absolutely delish and price was reasonable for a large.

Bubble tee was very good but it was not cold. The inside has so much junk. Boxes of stuff all over not very clean. Service was ok.
