Food was good. I did some research first and avoided dishes others were disappointed with for the price (spaghetti and meatballs, spaghetti). Portions were huge and pricey. Good for big groups but not the best place for 2 adults and 2 kids if the kids get kids meals. Maybe location specific but the service was terrible. Never saw the server after our order was taken. Had to get my own plates, silverware, Parmesan cheese shaker, extra napkins, Togo boxes, Togo bag, and ask a bidder for my bill. Total train wreck. Took 2 hours due to the service being so slow. She was sweet as can be but very overwhelmed. I still tipped her 20% because I feel it is a manager that dropped the ball. A table of 12 people cannot be handled properly by ONE little girl. Shame on the manager because there were multiple other servers just roaming or standing around. Food was really terrible. We could not eat the large fettuccine with chicken. Noodles were way under cooked and no flavor. Large Chicken Parmigiana was soggy and the same paper thin chicken as the fettuccine. Minimal flavor there as well. Big desert with brownies and ice cream was amazing! Thank goodness.
The hostess was pleasant in mentioning specials upon our arrival. When we were seated, our waiter was efficient and kept us updated with the status of our order. The food was less than spectacular — mediocre at best. We order the Valentine’s day special and the lasagna was bland, the garlic bread had too much garlic cloves and the dressing on the salad was not proportionally distributed. For dessert, we had the cannoli and it was even less impressive. I longed dining to this establishment for 3 years to only be disappointed by the food. My business with this company will cease and I will not attend
Meh…I know the menu caters to large parties but they should offer smaller options for a smaller family. Really limits the food options if you only have a family/party of 4, since each option/portion feeds 3-5 people. For example if you order a pasta option and a pizza option…you will have a huge amount of food but again only 2 options(what if you wanted another option as well?…I guess you would have to take the rest home and have left overs for days-lol! Okay if that’s your thing and then not to mention your bill is way over $100 for an average dinner for your family. Time for a change Buca!

when I arrived for my 6:45 reservation, I sat and then took another 15 minutes to find out if my party could stand on one. then when the food arrived, although it looked delicious, was cold and the green beans lubricated as if they were only selected a thrown plate. then they ran out of the heavy, so I asked for more Alfredo sauce one was said that the kitchen was already closed, so when it came time to dessert that a piece of pumpkin cake was firmly enclosed, I said they ran out, the bathroom were filthy, it was just a very disappointing thanksgiving for my family this year
Skip and run! Huge wasteful portions with very mediocre ingredients. No taste, poor cooking, lousy pasta sauce, cheap cheese. Untrained server. No ambiance. This place needs one thing and one thing only: close down, and leave the space for a better restaurant.
Our server Greg was amazing! He was on top of everything we needed. Props to him for dealing with my crazy family : We had 14 ppl. 1 baby Food was great, everything was perfect! Thank you!
The decor is super Italian! Very authentic dishes. Our waiter was awesome, made us feel right at home. You get really good portions for the price. Can’t complain. Excited to go back!

Nice place to eat and nice atmosphere. Pizza was served cold. Antipasta salad was good and pesto pasta was good. Brownie sundae was shared by our party and enjoyed by everyone.
Our waiter went above and beyond our expectations. He was on top of all our needs and requests, he definitely made our visit a positive experience
