I spent close to fifty dollars for nothing. I specifically ordered a six pack of beef sharwarmas. I later discovered that they were all chicken. I can't stand chicken sharwarmas. As a matter of fact I don't think they should be considered shawarma to begin with. I called they placed me on hold for close to ten minutes. Only to tell me that the manager was too busy to talk to me. Then they wanted to get into the technicals about me having a receipt or the food. I let her know that I was very disappointed about her response. And I told the individual that I was speaking with that. I will no longer be coming back. She didn't sound disappointed or concerned about losing a customer. I guess this...
Just friendly customer service advice. We are still not sure if Covid 19 is entirely over. It was very troubling walking into your establishment yesterday, and it was extremely filthy. More disturbing was the staff standing around talking and not making sure the store entrance was presentable. It was a spill when I entered the door where the free magazines sat. I felt like I was going to fuss like it was my house! I had to realize that I couldn't check them. ? Long story short short story long….it was very untidy and unwelcoming. Tried Bucharest at another location, and it was THE best shwarma I've ever had. Decided to stop in at this location out of convenience and wanted my husband to try it out. We waited for 35 minutes for 2 shwarmas... which didn't bother us at all, but our food was cold when we finally did receive it. We did not want to wait another 35 minutes for hot food.Front of house staff was very lackluster... looked as if they couldn't be bothered with customers and had poor attitude when they did have to communicate with customers.I'm sure you have enough business to not care that we will not be coming back, but I highly recommend that others choose a different restaurant.
Terrible customer service, when I called to place my carry out order, that should have been a red flag. This was my 1st time patronizing this franchise. I was trying to support neighbor businesses. When placing my order, the associates phone etiquette was less than desirable. When picking up my order, I received the same energy, as if I was undeserving of courteous customer service. I did notice how young the staff were. Maybe a little customer service training would help. As it stands, the food was mediocre at best, not worth the money for disrespectful service.
YUMMMM Hallelujah!???????? This was a DoorDash order and it was perfect from start to finish. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy. The lettuce was fresh and well chopped- Fresh veggies- yummy dressing- Unlike so many places that overdo the chickenwhere it?s dry and flavorless -this place nails it! I ordered a small side of hummus and it was delicious. The extra side ofpita bread was fresh and chewy. So worth the ???? this was lunch and dinner. I can?t always afford to do DoorDash but as aspecial treat this will be one of my go to?s
We waited almost 35-40 minutes for two shawarmas at this restaurant. Our order number was 118. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with their phones, and we noticed that customers who arrived after us received their food before us. I requested extra vegetables for my shawarma but received mostly onions; where were the tomatoes and pickles? Surprisingly, my husband was charged for the extra vegetables.
The food at this restaurant is generally tasty, however, the customer service is poor and the wait times are excessive. Parking is difficult due to the location. Additionally, there have been instances of finding foreign objects, such as staples, in the food. It is important to be cautious and inspect the food before consuming to avoid any surprises.
We stopped at the Bucharest in Livernois The Avenue of Fashion for lunch. This establishment is primarily an order and pickup restaurant. There are high-top tables and chairs for eating in. There were 5 of us. We walked in and ordered to eat in. The order took a long time, but the food was good. Keeping in mind the type of business not bad.
This restaurant was very disappointing. I spent $30 on overly salty food with no vegetables and greasy dishes. The evening cook prepares delicious salads and shawarmas that are not salty or greasy at all. Whoever is working during the day needs to be fired immediately before they get the restaurant into legal trouble.
