LAZY. I wanted to buy lunch at 1.45pm...not an unreasonable time for lunch?..well for Buddah espresso it is. The oven is off, we were told. I wanted to buy a juice...wait for it...the juicer has been turned off. I reluctantly buy my cold, what should have been hot meal and thought I would use work's microwave and when I got back to work...no fork, no knife, no napkin. And that ladies and gentlemen is how you lose customers and eventually your business.
I visited here for my first time earlier in the week for a coffee. It was really nice and the staff were polite and friendly. While waiting I was gazing over the food cabinet kicking myself for eating before I came and told myself I'd try somethin next time.<br/ <br/ Since then I've returned twice and the food is great and well priced.<br/ <br/ Ignore the old reviews, give it a go.
Working in Perth for me is coming to an end. I will miss my coffees from Buddha Espresso. Friendly courteous staff offering quick high quality services and beautifully prepared coffee and condiments. I can recommend the Brecki wrap, E&B muffins, Chips and EB&T on Rye toasties. All spot on. Thanks guys, another few weeks and then I'm off on another adventure. Cheers.

I visit here almost weekly and i always leave with a smile on my face. The staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. The coffee is great, and the rye rainbow sandwich is my absolute fav : Definitely recommend

New owners have really turned this place around! The fresh soups and sandwiches are so tasty : Coffee is soooo smooth... Muffins are insanely good. Can't wait to try something else :D

I love buddha expresso, I buy a coffee almost every morning and had a series of foods for lunch. everything was so delicious and the staff is always super friendly.
