Love Bud's and can't get enough of it! Ryan is amazing perfect soul to represent the business! The gumbo is better at Bud's than a lot of gumbo in New Orleans. In love with the food for sure. Please do some spicy fried chicken (like Willie Mae's) and get that chicory coffee with the B's and all will be right in the world :P
We are Picky Foodies... and this is one of our favorite Restaurants. Charming setting... excellent friendly service.... but it all really about the food! Catfish is excellent... Red Beans and Rice are the best.... Louisiana Chicken is outstanding.... and their selection of Louisiana Beers just adds to the enjoyment.
This is the the place to go to get your Louisiana fix. The food is on point and the customer service takes it to another level of awesomeness. Had their blackened catfish, jambalaya, and beignets. I thank the San Diego yelpers for talking about this place. Already have been twice in two days, plan to go again soon.

Great food and staff. On a crowded Sat night, they were able to fit 2 of our friends to our table. We all loved what we ordered. Loved the red beans and rice. A must try in an expected place.

Soooo delicious!! I highly recommend the BBQ shrimp po-boy with gumbo soup and finish it off with the beignets!!! Yum!! We'll definitely be returning soon.
