I have been a fan of this restaurant since it was known as Fuji's. The flavors and presentation are just as outstanding as they are in Japan. The traditional Japanese food here is perfect. My only suggestion would be to have one staff member focus solely on serving the customers in the dining area, while the other handles orders from UberEats. At times, it can feel like the in-house diners are not the main priority. Despite that, this is one of the top Japanese restaurants in Perth.
This is my go-to spot! The salmon rolls in Perth are top-notch here. The miso soup is absolutely delicious. Overall, everything at this restaurant is outstanding. You won't regret stopping by!
