Visited here on a Sunday evening, no booking was required and we were seated within 10 minutes, initial thoughts were good, when seated we were given a bowl of salad, bread rolls and weirdly a bowl of popcorn. Ordered food, my daughter ordered steak with a jacket potato, when the food came out it came with fries, (she don’t eat chips), at that point we were told there was no Jacket potatoes left, steak was very fatty and had to return the whole meal, food took awhile to come out so was now getting too late so she didn’t really get her evening meal. I ordered a burger that was ok, but I wouldn’t rush to have again, over priced place, much better and cheaper places to eat in my opinion.
We are always as well welcomed in this restaurant, staff is always very kind and smiling. Drinks always arrive fairly quickly, as well as dishes, everything is calculated so that the customer does not get impatient! about the dishes, nothing to say, the staff is always accessible if there is a problem. especially with cooking, for example, often, meat has too much cooking, but it is enough to make it notice to the staff so that they will apply immediately to change your plate. desserts are simple but very good! about prices, there are for any budget, but overall, this restaurant is more than accessible!
very good reception but impossible to eat the meat after having made my plate to the director that my offer to change my dish in front of my refusal it made a commercial gesture that I enjoyed it gave me a gift I find it normal that will allow me to taste their meat next time
We're used to going to eat in this restaurant but I'm starting to be disappointed. The dishes are more and more expensive. Maybe we should also stop the waiting salad, it doesn't taste... we're in full covid and no employee wears the mask, it's unacceptable.
