Buffalo Grill always seems to 'Flatter to deceive' !!I have returned again &again & have been disappointed one time too many!!! The food here to me was pretty good for a chain restaurant. I am a chef with over 13 years experience so I know my food for the most part. And for an American style Texas bbq restaurant in France it wasn't bad. Just one issue I had was that my 400gram steak took a little to long but that was the only issue with the food. Now for the service. I know I'm in France but I have been living in Europe for over 8 years now and I know that 90% learn English in school and No offense but in a restaurant that says American style Texas BBQ in the description, you would think that they would at least know a little mor English then they did. The best part was the free salad. Everything else was dire! Of the triple Brochette I ordered the two with meat (medium requested) were burnt, cold and tough. The vegetable one had 4 pieces of cold and burnt mushroom with one piece of pepper, also burnt. The red wine was ice cold and therefore had no flavour. The service desk was just behind our tables and the noise they made with plates and cutlery was dreadful, almost deliberate. Four other diners also complained about the food (cold, wrong, burned or raw). We were a party of 12 and a service charge was automatically added - disgraceful! This was the first and last time for me at a Buffalo! Be warned!

If you thought that French food was good, think again. This "restaurant" may have a colourful menu and an attractive decor, but that is where it ends. I ordered Buffalo Wings, which arrived as a blackened offering. When I complained, I was told that that is the way they are served - utterly disgusting and not fit for human consumption. My wife ordered a medium steak, which was burned black in the outside and raw in the middle. Again the waitress had little or no sympathy and advised that was the way it was served. Save your money and go elsewhere, a pretty menu does not substitute for good food.
Out to dinner with the family. Food was good and tasty. Buffalo grill is the famous French chain of "American wild-west" food. Typical "tex-mex" combined with steaks from cows and Buffaloes and severe fish varieties. In general good food, but restaurant has a sort of fast-food appearance. Staff is friendly but not very observant. When you know what to expect is alright. F.i I ordered a buffalo steak (pave bison) and staff didn't remind me what type of sauce I wanted. So dish was severed and composed of the steak and frites. That's it.
Just had a very sub standard meal! Poor, cramped table, asked to be moved. Stale, tough bread had to wait 15 minutes for fresh. Salad was appalling. Old soggy lettuce with lots of black bits. No classic entrecôte steak ( they'd run out!) had to have the larger size and I could only eat about half due to the gristle! This was the worst experience in the 20 years we have been visiting Buffalo Grills. On a positive note the beer was good and the wine acceptable. Given a very small discount and no apology. What a let down!
This is the first time we have visited a Buffalo Grill and it was quite nice. On arrival we was seated and they bought out a bowl of salad with dressing (very nice) the wife and I shared a combo starter and then I had the ribs. The rest had the famous burger and I must say it was nice. I will visit this restaurant chain again.

Last year was so great here at this place and this year we waited an hour to order and only got one menu. Maybe because we were not French because all other family's had all there menus. I would not recommend eating here if you have kids or are in a hurry. Foods good but customer service is horrible.
