Always our favorite steak chain when you drive through France, excellent value great steaks good service all at affordable prices. The one in Firminy was no exception, we had a good meal and good service, enjoyed our meal. You have a very extensive menu that should ensure every taste.
Very well received, small welcome salad support, hot meat dish (hashed beef, false net) delicious with quality sauce. Choosing wine on the menu quite varied and of quality, bread is very good, the hic are desserts of chocolate mousse too small. Come back.
I leave acceptable not for the service that was great, or for food always as good. But simply due to the evolution of the restaurant chain. Less quantities, upward rates (normal cete of inflation but the will on accompaniments and sauces disappears)
