In general our experience in a Buffalo Grills is quite good. We go there once or twice a year anywhere in France during holidays since our 12 yr old daughter likes the "experience".This time the Ploeren venue. It started with waiting in line to be seated (during almost 15 minutes) whereas 50% of all tables in the restaurant where not occupied. Not any excuse.Ordering a diabolo. Out of stock. Ordering a cheese burger. The cheese was out of stock ....... After the starter we had ordered different plates with French fries. The French fries were already delivered together with the starter. We cycled to this restaurant, about kms outside Vannes. When we arrived at approx )the restaurant was completely empty and we had to shout so staff realised we were there. We opted for the Sherifs menu at each which consisted...of a bowl of salad to start with three rolls, then a main course. I had the Bacon Burger my wife had the steak, we ordered the steak Medium. The meals did not take long to arrive, there were no sauces on offer i.e ketchup, mayo etc. My burger was average, but my wifes steak was almost raw we had to send it back to the kitchen for a little more cooking. I had a sherif menu with bacon burger which was delicious. We were offered...sauces etc. The steak my partner had was cooked exactly as asked. Deserts were delicious. Overall another positive experience from a buffalo grill chain. We try to eat at a buffalo grill every time we come to France and this one did not disappoint.

After a week of delicious french food a welcome break of some comfort food to visit this American style diner which caters really well for kids (kids packs and smaller portions) it also has a specific menu for teens which is nice. And lots of...options for veggies who where in our group. Service was great as my French is rubbish so the waitress did her best in English for me well worth a rating and a visit if your passing There is also a secure play area for kids outside
Poor service by a waiter who obviously did not want to be there. My partner ordered rice with his meal, got fries! No apology, got rice a few minutes later. I ordered fish and chips, which was really bad (for euros, or any price)....I ate some, sent it back, again no apology. choice of steak and jacket potato was ok. Bill came, fish and chips was charged! Had to queue to speak to manager, but sorted in the end. Worse meal I have ever had in France, over many years.
Consistent, good value food and great service. I've been here a couple of times and the welcoming and attentive service was just as you would expect.
