Buffalo Grill - Tisch reservieren

We visited this restaurant last Saturday evening. It was very busy ,but we were seated fairly quickly. We were brought some bread a salad quickly,then we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come take our drinks order. A further half hour wait for our food order to be taken,then a further half hour for our steaks to arrive. My wifes steak was totally overdone,it was as tough as shoe leather so we sent it back. after another half hour i had a word with the manager the steak arrived soon after. We were offered free drinks free coffees which we accepted,but the bill tried to charge us for the returned food ,which we declined to pay for. To be fair the food was pretty good despite being the typical pre prepared quick frozen type grub you expect in an American style diner. Our waitress was friendly , efficient and the service was slick . We had a combo starter of a range of deep fried bits and pieces. We both had a burger for main , which was delicious and well cooked. Overall a nice eating experience in a convenient and well appointed food outlet.

We have done these restaurants before and have always had a good experience. This one was no exception. It is a popular place and worth going early to get in as long queues form after 8pm ! The service was good and attentive. The food was excellent Very recommendable

More like an American dinner than a classic restaurant but great staff and great atmosphere for a Sunday Brunch with family and friends. Price is affordable and the menu is diverse.

Kevin is a really great guy who knows how to advise us over a menu, a beverage...The food is excellent. My friend and I spent a lovely moment there. Thank you!
