Last night I went with my partner to this place for dinner and we did not even stayed it was TERRIBLE !!!! it is quite a big place and definitely not enough staff to start with. the free salad, a bit of a joke,...really. The waitress had to go back as she forgot some drinks (she is a trainee, and she was quite nice helpful). Then the food arrived, took some time, it went even more downhill, missing the blue cheese on burger, still cold, probably not DEFROSTED. So we sent it back to the kitchen, and round, slab of blue cheese, not even melted??? and the meat still cold and uncooked. mojitos is done by crushing the mint and the green lemon and with cane sugar. but obviously here they don't know. They were returned to the kitchen, but those who came back were identical, just with sugar. I actually think they just don't know how it's getting ready.When you ask for the type of meat cooking, it's not just for shape, it's for something. You don't use bleeding or even blue to someone who wants to cook at a point. The waitress asked us from the tip of the lips if we wanted a dessert, pretend to hope that we would say no and she was lucky because we didn't want it, but it's not because this lady wants the last customers to delay, so that we can go home faster, that she's obliged...
We called to book but they don't make reservations. Besides, she's telling me that, like, it's obvious... I'll tell him that we're still, but "no worries are in the meeting room." result we did 40kms and we got turned back because the room was already taken. They don't make a reservation and they don't take it. They're not close to seeing us. on the other hand, the butcher shop in the city center found us in 10 minutes without reservation. So we had a very good night but not home!
Dropped in here while staying the night in Laval. It's about a step up from other fast food outlets. Four of us ate and all got Cheese Burgers and fries with a drink which including tip came in at It's not fine dining but...it doesn't pretend to be. If you like steaks and burgers that are good value well it's worth dropping in. Oh and the waitress was very helpful with our limited grasp of the French language.

Ok... Tough one here. Let's do the appraisal sandwich for this one. I enjoyed the burger and my mixed tapas with a fresh beer but the distinct lack of service was shocking. I realise that with franchise chains like this one, service isn't ever as...good as it should be but still... Price was fine.

a lot of waiting on our arrival. Control grip fast enough, cooking respected. Very medium service, constant change of server, forget of drink, displaced reflection.

Lovely and very friendly place to eat. The staff speaks good English. The food is good and reasonably priced. You have a choice of kids menu and a teenage menu.
Good steaks and decent food. Excellent for a family.and predictably acceptable. Always good in an emergency
