First time I've been refused a prime rib of beef because it's cooked rare!! On the pretext that the recommended cooking is well cooked. However, on the menu there is a description of the different cooking methods and the prime rib appears rare (and well done). I insisted on having the cooking I wanted but nothing to do. So I took another meat out of spite. (which was very good, no worries about that but I came on purpose for the prime rib). We wanted a dessert but after almost 15 minutes of taking our order we left without eating dessert. More and more disappointed with each visit.
Very disappointed I ask for rare meat, the waiter tells me that he has to see in the kitchen because they are only cooking extra or well cooked because the meat is frozen, the fries are almost white and that it is a disappointment that my meat was cold. Meat served almost cold, fries without taste and not cooked enough, mountain salad, potato not hot and a very small piece of barely melted raclette cheese. However, there was no rush to have dishes served hot! Note, however, the impeccable server. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
