I ordered food at 6:45 for a 7:20 pickup, but when I arrived, I found myself waiting and waiting. Finally, at 7:55, my food was ready! It's just ridiculous. If the woman working had acknowledged me or provided some explanation for why twenty wings took over an hour, my review might have been different. When I inquired about my order after the expected pickup time had passed, she replied that it was probably ready but she was new and still trying to figure things out. Our server, Miss Bre, was extremely attentive during our visit last night. She took great care of us and ensured we had a wonderful time. She offered helpful recommendations, was very friendly, and engaged in pleasant conversation with us. We truly enjoyed her company and hope to see her again on our next visit!
