**Food:** The food was decent but nothing memorable. Everything was served warm, neither hot nor cold. We ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings, which were quite dry. On the brighter side, the potato wedges we tried were better.
**Service:** The restaurant seemed understaffed, but the staff present did an admirable job, especially given the situation. Our server was cheerful and delivered great service—kudos to her!
**Atmosphere:** The restaurant was spacious with many empty tables and was reasonably clean. We seated ourselves in a corner of the upper area, where large televisions were airing golf and college basketball. There was plenty of parking available outside.
Wow what a difference in one month. Disappointing. All the wings were naked and sauces provided in little cups. Never seen this . Not. The same. Then we ordered online and went to pick up and the order had not arrived by internet yet. The staff looking itup said oh , we just recieved it. On the one note the young staff were very polite. Though I went to bar and got to killsometime there, the place was in need of general cleaning. Need to get some upper management attention here. The Brand shouldbe making a killing here. The store was empty and it is in a Great Location!
First time and last time visiting a BWW. Only positive was the Buffalo tater tot appetizer. The wings weren?t good, the service was bad, and the beer was gross. Didn?t finish any of the food. The bartender paid more attention to the MNF game on TV and hisfantasy team over his guests. I had one modelo and didn?t even finish it, too flat and gross. Ended up taking everything homeand tossing the wings. What a waste. Definitely will never come back here.
DD (Eddie) is the absolute sweetest. She took care of all of our needs and was by herself the whole time! She deserves a raise!! I’m hoping owner sees this review. So kind and quick to give us everything we need as well as everyone else during the lunch rush. Good job and the best service ever!!

I ordered the ultimate nachos, but what I received were just chips with sour cream and salsa. Where's the chicken, cheese, and queso? I had them in Marquette, MI, and they were the best thing I've had in a long time. Maybe they just don't put in the effort here. I'm really disappointed.
Service always seemed to be on the slow-side at the Buffalo Wild Wings locations I have been to, but this location has better service. One attentive server in the bar area who took care of everyone really well.
Everything was perfect. I went early afternoon and the it wasn't as busy. The server was on point, very polite, and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly how I expected.
Ordered takeaway. Wanted to try jamming jalapeno, blazing carolina reaper and smoky adobe. Blazing reaper was really , but liked the other two sauces.Not dissapointed !

Northbrook BWW is our favorite location. We're never disappointed. Wings and service are always great. The staff is always friendly despite being shorthanded.
