The hostess (Megan) was rude and ignorant. She asked us if we wanted a booth or a table and we told her a booth. She walked us past several unoccupied booths and then sat us at a table and said there were no booths available. We pointed out the empty booths to which she mumbled something under her breath and then said the open booths were for different server sections (4 of which were within literal “arm length” of the table she “assigned” to us). She then said they would clean off one of the booths that we would be approved to sit in and move us. Then she walked away. 45 seconds later she sat another couple in one of the booths she refused to let us sit in. They never cleaned a booth for us...
It's a typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience—prices are high and the wings are disappointing in size, which seems to be the norm. The beer selection is decent, but the service was surprisingly slow despite the restaurant not being very busy at the time. It's a shame to see such an iconic place decline so quickly.
BOGO BONELESS WINGS WITH TAKEOUT AND DELIVERY is NOT honored at the NEW LENOX, ILLINOIS LOCATION. Manager says only DINE IN CUSTOMERS can get the TUESDAY OR THURSDAY DEAL. Manager states they do not care what website says; that it is their location rules. Just a heads up for anyone interested.

First time there and it was a hit!! Loved the wings and service and atmosphere, was a big fight going on that day and it felt like everyone was friends just hanging with some good drinks and food.
Out standing customer service. Manager Matt S. Very professional. Stopped to check on our meal. Gave great ideas on more grub. Going back.
Online order was ready on time, staff checked for accuracy before handing it over as well.
