Really just a disappointing experience all the way around from the minute I walked in the door to pick up my food. Ordered online and arrived maybe 5 minutes before my food should have been ready. 15 minutes later the cashier brings out my food (boneless wings regular wings)...well I thought it was my food. After some confusing musical bags I finally make way out the door with my proper order. Maybe I should have taken the other food I was given...the boneless wings were old, hard, and missing the sauce? The traditional wings were barely what you could even call ok, definitely overcooked, and had so much excess sauce on them it almost made them inedible. The sauce on the boneless wings was T...
Ordered food through the app and arrived at the time it told me to. Had to wait for 15 minutes while the lady at the front counter took care of people who came in after me before she even looked to see if my food was ready. Once I finally got my food, the ticket said it had been ready for 20 minutes--3 minutes before the app told me arrive. I understand if they're short staffed, but while I was sitting there, another employee walked in with a bunch of Starbucks drinks for other employees in the back. So apparantly they have enough people to send out for Starbucks but not to hand people who have already paid their completed and ready orders.
I don't even know where to begin. This tragedy happened a couple of days ago. I was enjoying my wonderful dinner with my family which happened to be Buffalo Wild Wings. I got my food to go and as I was eating I had this weird feeling in my mouth. As I was chewing I noticed a hair was in my wing. Let me inform you that I was pulling this hair out of my mouth for minutes as if it were the size of a football field. It felt like that at least. We have ordered takeout from this location twice in the last year, and it has gone from bad to worse. This most recent one has ensured we won't go back. First, it was ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. We are patient, so we didn't mind, but they were not apologetic at all. Then when we got home, they used a small chicken finger for the chicken patty on our chicken sandwich. Almost all of the food was cold, and they put hot sauce on our wings, instead of mild. We love BDubs, but this location just can't find good help to produce a quality product.

Ate in a Tuesday night. Very dirty. Garbage on floors. Service, what 's that? Food arrives whenever they want to bring it. Hard to have a meal when a burger shows up for one, wings for another 25 minutes later and the third meal is still in-process as I 'm writing this 2 days later. It 's good the explanation is that 's how we do things . No, it shouldn 't be. And I call BS to saying it 's covid. Cooking food to be prepared at the same time means you have a cook, food and the ability to prepare it. Honestly save your time and money, just go somewhere else.
As usual, the food was delicious. I placed a mobile order through the app. I was running late for work and was not able to pick up my meal at the requested time. I had to pick it up on my dinner break, a few hours later. I was expecting to just pick up my food that had been sitting for several hours. To my surprise, the carryout team insisted that I get fresh food. Since it was not their fault, I felt that they went above and beyond with their service. Thanks so much!
I used to love this place but man has the quality slipped. I used to order or go in ever single week for my kids. Tonight I ordered wings over the phone because their app was broken. I wish I hadn't called. The chicken wings had so little sauce I could barely stomach the wings. The chicken is not as good quality as it used to be either. Inside the place hasn't been updated much in years and it's looking a bit trashy in my opinion.
Passing on through and this was the only fast style food that didn't have under 2 stars in the area (that was open around 11pm). We ordered 2 sets of 10 piece boneless wings with fries, one honey bbq and one spicy garlic. It was an easy handoff and the food quality was as expected, so no complaints there. Only issue is that when we opened the spicy garlic there were only 5 wings, instead of 10, hence the 4 stars.

We absolutely loved our waitress Aisha. We've been out to eat at more this year and have had horrible service everywhere we have gone, except when we had her. She was attentive and quick. Give that woman a raise! We ordered the trio n chips and It hit the spot with great sized portions. Thank you.
Beautiful day with lots of SUNSHINE and I added a few sweet Bahama Mama's plus a dish packed with the best tasting califour wings. What a wonderful day. Yes folks everything is right in the universe at this moment.
