While this wing spot is known for its delicious offerings, they still struggle with prompt service. Takeout orders can take a long time. However, they have a new manager now, which seems to be making a difference. On my last visit, my takeout order was ready in 30 minutes and was right on time.
My chicken was undercooked and served cold. The service was also disappointing; our server was distracted and the food arrived lukewarm. The ambiance of the place was quite unpleasant as well. Overall, it was not a good experience.
The service I experienced was the worst I've ever had. It took them 45 minutes to prepare my small order of 10 wings and a side salad. To say the least, I would prefer to avoid this place in the future.
I just want to express my gratitude to Buffalo Wild Wings for delivering 20 wings to Quality Inn! It made for a fantastic dinner, and I can't wait to come in and enjoy some more soon! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
