Been to this location a couple times and staff turnover could be the main culprit. We are very understanding and forgiving ppl but this last time was our last time at this location. Started out with sitting us at a table where the floor was completely disgusting (picture). I get it we have a toddler too but why would you sit someone here, felt disrespectful. Then our waitress comes over and kicks the mess under our table while we are ordering drinks. Insists on taking IDs because we are out of state ppl, weird but ok. Comes back ordered food. Later comes back doesn't have particular beer ok fine ordered tea. Brings lg lemonade for my daughter way too big as she ordered from kid menu, ends up...
My family ordered chicken wings, but they had a foul odor, indicating that the meat was not fresh. The kitchen staff should prioritize checking the quality of the meat, ensuring that expiration dates are monitored and that only the freshest products reach customers. On a positive note, the server was the best part of the experience. She was very apologetic and helpful, which made the situation a bit less awkward given the issues with the food. This restaurant needs to be more vigilant about the quality of the dishes they serve. It is unacceptable for food to come out in such a state, and there needs to be a greater emphasis on service, freshness, and organization in the kitchen.
You have to admit that she wasn't stingy like the Buffalo Wild Wings from years past. Whether it's happy hour or not, there's always a great selection of specialty beers available throughout the day. This time, they had a fantastic hoppy beer for just $3. The wings are a great deal on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, I found the appetizers to be extremely overpriced with no happy hour discounts.
The wings are absolutely delicious, though the fries could use some improvement. The dessert is just average, but the service is usually outstanding. I recommend figuring out which flavor of wings you prefer before you go. If you’re not sure, take some time to look over the menu in advance. This will save you time and ensure you don’t end up with wings you don’t like.
I destroyed the wings here, they were so good. When we arrived the staff was deep cleaning the whole restaurant. Needless to say was quite thrilled seeing this, and the staff appeared to be having a good time. Service was prompt and food was cooked perfectly. I'll be back for sure, also recommend to anyone needing to feed their wings craving.
Outstanding experience tonight. Great atmosphere, service was impeccable food was delicious. Our server waited on is hand and foot. We never wanted for nothing. Great place to kick back with friends and family, enjoy dinner and catch the game on the many channels showing.
My sons and I had a great time. They had a pretty good crowd and there wasn't a wait time. We sat in the Red Wolf Den and Macy was our server. She is Awesome! Anytime she is there I want to be seated in her section?. The food was delicious! Can't wait to go back!
