Usually large chainsare consistent in their appearance, customer service and food to keep their reputation going. This location has friendly staff and the app made ordering easy. The location is in a new shopping complex close to home for me so I wasexcited to go. Parking is readily available although I could see how it could fill up on a busy day. The app said my foodwould be available in 44 minutes at about 8:40PM. I arrived 10 minutes early to see it sitting on a to go order rack. Afterarriving home, my family dug into the food. I had never tried BWW before this single order, and I can say with confidence that I won't be ordering from them again. In my opinion, their Yelp rating of 1-2 stars is spot on. The worst part was definitely the portion sizes. Their prices are outrageous considering how small everything is. I honestly can’t think of anyone I know who would try this once and then return. It feels like a complete rip-off. I can't comment on the ambiance since we ordered to-go, but no level of good service could justify this price-to-portion mismatch. Every single friend I shared this order with agreed it wasn’t worth the cost and labeled it a failure. It's a hard pass for me.
The service was so Bad! We were a party of 5 and we had to ask for a waiter to take our order more than twice because we were waiting so long. Our waiter took longer than usual to bring out our food and drinks even though the people around us weregetting served before us. The Men?s Restroom was disgusting! It looked like it hasn?t been cleaned in a week. There was throw upon the walls and used toilet paper everywhere. The servers didn?t show any enthusiasm in serving us. I live right down theStreet from here and was disappointed that the service was SO bad. I don?t know who is ?Managing? This establishment but We willnot be coming back.
Food was fine, no complaints there. Atmosphere was great. We went in to watch a basketball game and it was nice bc everyone was cheering together : you can express your joy or pain on the game freely lol! So if you don't like loud restaurants, this may not be for you. Unfortunately, service has been a bit disappointing... we went in for an order one day and we ended up having to explain the wing Tuesday deal to the employee... kind of strange. I never right reviews but this visit was absolutely not a good experience we were a part of 2 we ordered the half bone in wings and bone out wings both were extremely dry and hard they tasted old and the coleslaw was just lettuce with thrown dressing on top it was disgusting the bill was 68.00!! I won’t be going back over priced for trash food
Honestly, this place is already shameful, Buffalo, it was one of the best, and now it is disgusting garbage, in the floor disgusting they don’t clean nothing ? , things are poorly done they don’t clean the bathrooms.I won’t come back
I end up buying 2 smoked brisket sandwiches for the first time that goes $16 each. Witch they were small sheared meat and dry meat, like if the have made them of the leftover meat. Definitely the worst experience.

Bad service, always out of beer and food, service is very slow and poor . Have complained and management doesn’t really care. We reader drive a little further to the one in Downey.
