Two adults dined here on Sunday, February 18, 2024, and here's their take on the experience at this location:
**Food:** The meal was just okay—nothing to write home about. Everything was served warm but not hot or cold. We ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings, which were definitely on the dry side. We also had a regular serving of potato wedges, which were notably better.
**Service:** The restaurant was understaffed, but the staff members who were present did a commendable job, especially given the situation. A special shoutout to our server, who was cheerful and attentive the entire time!

Very bad service. Came all the way from Chicago to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We clearly told them it was his birthday twice and they didn’t even offer a dessert or a happy birthday. One of the meals came out first and we waited for the others to come. After 15 minutes none of the other meals had come out so we told the one from our table to go ahead and eat without us. Our food came out after she was done eating. On top of that all of our food was cold. Not once did the server ask us if the food was fine. The level of ineptitude here is astounding. You’re so oblivious that you could make a black hole seem lively. Your service is so sluggish that even a snail would pass you by in a race. You seem so out of touch that you might think a meme is a kind of cheese. How is it possible to forget a preorder for the Super Bowl? We ended up waiting an hour and still left without any food.
Showed up for lunch around 11:30 on a Monday. Place was pretty empty at that time which was not surprising. Even with the lack of customers, our order took 45 mins to come out. We ordered a sample platter and 10 buffalo wings. Everything came out cold, and we left. Also, the bathroom was atrocious. Would steer clear of this location at all costs.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Twice they made me wait for more than an hour for food, only to cancel my order. Never will I ever give my money to this place!!! Terrible service, they do not even pick up phone when you call them.
There are no waitstaff, and the atmosphere feels lacking. This restaurant was once fantastic during my visits, but I've noticed a decline since my son passed away.
