my family and I got terrible service. we sat at the host, all the way back into the dinning room, two more couples were sitting after us in the front of the dining area. three server noticed us and no one came to say hello or start our order. we waited patiently for 15 minutes while the other parties were waiting. when we were addressing the thema with the administration, we were told that we were set up because nobody expected the area of the dining room. the management did not seem to care that we were ignored and was more concerned about who sat us instead of taking care of the situation. we felt looked down from the employees easily and honestly. the server were rude and did not seem to...
Let me start by saying that I give both positive and negative reviews. Unfortunately, this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location fell short in my opinion. I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich and ended up spitting out 75% of it due to the unpleasant taste. Despite requesting no pickles, they were still included. My wife's wrap also had tomatoes despite her request to have them left off. The only slightly redeeming aspect was that the onion rings were okay. After spending $60, we left still feeling hungry and regretted not choosing a different place to eat. Unfortunately, it seems that this restaurant has not made any improvements since our last visit.
eating was terrible and service was not much better. the ordered appetizers sent out before our food, and it came out with our food. eating was very cold and simply not good. when we were ready to check our leak, our server told us to go forward so we did and had to wait in register for them about 10 minutes. should have gone to hahnen! I have a picture of how dry our nachos were.
decided to place a sale order due to an experience at another location in dublin. the fingers were well baked, juicy and fresh. they were completely dried out! it was said that the order would be ready to 6:50, so that they were sitting 5 min should not have wounded as this. completely dissatisfied and I had 2 commands of this same. I called and was stopped, nobody ever answered.

Wings were half way coated and also dry. The dipping sauce containers are really small and you can't dip your wings in them hardly. Didn't get my drink either. Prime reason I don't eat from this location and never again. Thought I give it the benefit of the doubt but just proves is still poor quality.
I love their sauces. But the wings always seem dry and not enough sauce. Tonight was no different. What little sauce I had on my wings were good, but most my wings weren't even covered, causing them to seem very dry. I hate using ranch, but I had to just to keep them moist.Food: 3/5
The chicken tenders were juicy and delicious. I also ordered a side of chips and salsa with two extra sides of queso. Unfortunately, there was no salsa provided. Despite this, the chips were plentiful and the sides of queso were still warm.
The chicken was overcooked and dry. I ordered the boneless wings and they were not impressive. It could have been much better. If this order is indicative of their current standard, Buffalo Wild Wings has declined in quality.

The fries were cold and stale, and the burger wasn't cooked as I requested. The burger also came with toppings I didn't want. Overall, it was a waste of money.
If you order wet wings ... they're about to come dry!!! Always forgetting something too.
