We've been to nearly every BW3s in the area and usually have a great time. The visit to this location was not a pleasant one. We had a birthday dinner that included a large group of adults and five young children and a baby. We had spent the day across the parking lot at Scallywag Tag. To get into the BW3s restaurant we all needed to pass through a row of smoking employees that lined the cigarette butt covered sidewalk outside. We all smelled like cigarette smoke going in. I ordered a few people after working with my friend. we ordered a burger and pommes for me, she has wings, pommes, extra ranch and a drink when I picked her up, they gave me the bag and said nothing. When I came to my car, my friend asked where her drink was, so I went back to get it. the guy on the theke went away without saying anything, and the girl even said that he just left without saying, also I will be right back and he returned with the drink. I just left this restaurant without dining. Walking in there were four members of the crew smoking out front. The outside was not clean and reminded me of walking into a seedy bar. Going in, there were 3-4 people standing by the entrance of the kitchen doing nothing. We were seated and the carpets had trash all over. The table and or menu had oil on it and there was a visible line of grime the table top where it had not been wiped. It all gave my husband and me very bad vibes. Why offer a promotion on your website for 15 wings and be able to select different sauces (up to 3) then be told you cant do this. Called in and was told 10 is their max. I said that's fine and was told I could only get 1 sauce for all 20 and I agree that's fine whatever I'll order another 10 after that with a different sauce. Nope cant do that for some reason lmao. What a joke. Y'alls wings aren't even good or warm half of the time.
This restaurant is dirty, especially as you walk in. The young male cashier was unfriendly and never even said thank you. The food was good as usual but now they add a $1 pick up charge, that is new to me. Since when does a restaurant charge you to pick up? I added $2 for the tip but this cashier did nothing to earn it. Food is good everything else is highly questionable.
I had the All American burger and fries.... an hour and a half after I ate it I was on the crapper thinking is was going to lose my lower intestine over a period of 30 minutes. I never experienced this before. It won't happen again because I'm not going back there again. (The Pepsi was OK. I would love to get my $12 back.
Awesome restaurant if you go in person! Always super friendly and quick, good food! However, if you order online, you will 100% be getting missed items and barely sauced wings.
