Haven't eaten at a Bdubs in probably 2 years but got together with a friend and decided to stop here, should have known based on the lack of cars in the parking lot that this wasn't the best option. Only giving 2 stars since the waitress was very kind and attentive but the food was far from spectacular. I ordered the 10 piece boneless which was more like a 10 piece popcorn chicken, pitiful little chunks which were dry and somewhat tough. Friend ordered the black bean burger which was decent looking but side of fries was all of a little pinch of maybe 12. I understand prices are going up but portion sizes should not be going down. came to my son's birthday and had a party of 8. I waited for a few minutes for a girl. She said we can't sit 8 people. The restaurant was quite empty. I said we can sit well at two separate tables for 4 each. She went back and said my manager said it was gonna wait an hour. How serious? It was 7 in the evening on a week night. They clearly wanted only orders in. We went and sat right on the street in West Allis. Will not be very rude and would not serve us or work. We had no problem waiting, only wanted my son and his friends, who are literally children. We wouldn't have had a big order at all. Just rude. Back! Don't treat my kids like that! I was sure I tipped the other place.
This place is not the place to eat right now until they are fully staff, the wait time is 1 hr to get food, we did indeed wait for the food, the bartender gave us great customer service even do she was crazy busy, I think her name is Joyce. In the other hand the GM, was there the whole time and decided not to help or take order on any table, it was very heart broken to see how he treated his employees, as a manager my self I know is hard times not finding workers but let?s be a team and help the workers we have left, Please take care of your employees.
It was okay. There was no atmosphere, half the restaurant was not in use, the service was very moderate. We sat fast, but it took us half an hour to get our food. What is strange is that we put together an order for an app and meal and the wings came our before the appetizer! Not to mention that they were from one of the beers they had for a happy hour in a special way. The food was good, but it was just a long wait for food that wasn't worth it. If I could give a 0, I would. This place needs to overtake a staff or just close the doors. 11 August 2022 Evening. Rudest, poorest service. Not welcome when we came in, waitress said no more than 10 words to us all the time. Salads came in hot bowls, orders came 1 at a time after 40 minutes. We ordered a drink each, went to order another one when we paid attention... The bar is closed and ran away. This is the first time in my life I DID NOT TIP. Terrible restaurant at this point.
Took about 10 minutes after seated to get drinks and food ordered. took another 30 to get the appetizers. another 20 to get our food. two people. waitress didn?t bring our food the bartender did. place was not busy when we came in and didn?t get busy during our stay. informed waitress of needing to lead by a certain time for prior reservation. almost missed it. food was overpriced and did not come as expected.
