the waiter always forgot what we wanted. he constantly deceived and danced with his employees in their little workroom. we ordered a cheesecake with the caramel on the side, but they gave us a cheesecake covered with caramel. I told a waiter polite that we asked about the caramel on the side, so he took it and brought us a new one. no sweat that he literally brought us a frozen cheesecake, right out of the freezer, it was hard. I would say that eating is under average, but it's quite expensive, I paid almost $20 for a burger. I still can't believe they gave us a frozen cheesecake.
We made a reservation, but turns we didn’t need one because when we got there it was quite empty. But it took more than 10 minutes to get the attention of a hostess, even tho there were several employees at the Take Out area. Once we were acknowledged, it took more than 15 minutes to seat us — in a nearly empty restaurant. So we were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation, surrounded by empty tables. We had a time restraint thus the reservation which didn’t seem to matter to them at all!
This place was HORRIBLE they got my entire order wrong ..they took forever to serve my food. An I went on a Monday afternoon they weren't even bust I don't understand why it took so much time..the only good interaction I had was with an older man glasses maybe bald or almost there but everyone else was slow and just didn't seem like they knew what they were doing......even the bartender was horrible the drink I ordered was may wrong..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
Well, I've gone in and had terrible service. I had to ask several times for the things I ordered, the half of the things I ordered that I didn't even come, and I was charged for one of the things they didn't bring. then there was a back and forth that lasted at least 30 minutes between me, my server and the manager, and the server showed a setting and crazy like we did something wrong. this place needs better service. Oh and my food was cold.

this place does not honor gift certificates. I stopped picking up my food and they told me they couldn't take my gift card instead of giving me food that was already paid, they threw it away and canceled my order. place to suck
great bar anyway! I was there for the first time to celebrate a birthday party and I loved the place. the atmosphere is so celebrated and the personal makes it great with their friendly faces.
Waiters did not come often to check on table you need to flag down waiters to get more water. It wasn't busy so not sure what was going on that day
Happy hour prices are good. Service is fine.It's a sports bar so it's loud. Beyond that, it's a pretty good place to grab a bite.

Wings don’t take over an hour to serve. Place smells. Trash all over. Terrible customer service.
As usual the food is very very average. I need to find a new sports bar.
