It was the worse service I’ve had from bufflo wild wings. They were attending big parties that came AFTER us and it was only two of us we had to speak up and tell them because they were ignoring us and the funny thing is there was a lot of tables open for a two party so that ticked me off. Then our waiter was rushing us to order when we just sat down. I ordered a certain food item and it was supposed to come with a whole bunch of stuff and I got it plain I asked for cole slaw on the side and she did not get me what I wanted. So it was the worse and I will definitely not be going back to that location.
the waiter always forgot what we wanted. he constantly deceived and danced with his employees in their little workroom. we ordered a cheesecake with the caramel on the side, but they gave us a cheesecake covered with caramel. I told a waiter polite that we asked about the caramel on the side, so he took it and brought us a new one. no sweat that he literally brought us a frozen cheesecake, right out of the freezer, it was hard. I would say that eating is under average, but it's quite expensive, I paid almost $20 for a burger. I still can't believe they gave us a frozen cheesecake.
Well, I've gone in and had terrible service. I had to ask several times for the things I ordered, the half of the things I ordered that I didn't even come, and I was charged for one of the things they didn't bring. then there was a back and forth that lasted at least 30 minutes between me, my server and the manager, and the server showed a setting and crazy like we did something wrong. this place needs better service. Oh and my food was cold.
The place is a sports bar, so not really high on expectations. The sampler platter didn’t come until the regular food. Kudos to our server who got it comped. The waiter was actually quite good. The chips in the sampler platter were stale. The buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was good. The Tennessee chicken sandwich a solid “meh”.

What’s the point about a reservation when they still make you wait. They were racially profiling my group. As we witnessed groups without reservations walking and being sat right away as where my group where we had a reservation we were told to wait for about 10-20 minutes!
this place does not honor gift certificates. I stopped picking up my food and they told me they couldn't take my gift card instead of giving me food that was already paid, they threw it away and canceled my order. place to suck
great bar anyway! I was there for the first time to celebrate a birthday party and I loved the place. the atmosphere is so celebrated and the personal makes it great with their friendly faces.
Happy hour prices are good. Service is fine.It's a sports bar so it's loud. Beyond that, it's a pretty good place to grab a bite.
