One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First off yall need to train your servers. As a former server I know what to expect. We sat down and waited 25 mins for the server to come get our drinks. Meanwhile I watch her go to a table to take an order then went to back to put it in the came out to drop a bill off and went back to run the card. She did one thing at a time and wasn't good with time management or dealing with multiple tasks at hand which are essential to good service. When she finally came to us we ordered food and drink. My experience was nice until my food came out and the server forgot to tell the cook no sour cream or cilantro said he would bring me another took about 15 mins to bring me chips and cheese no chicken or any of the other ingredients I let him know there wasn’t any chicken he came back with another with loads of chicken dumped all over, cook must’ve had an attitude but if my server would have remembered no sour cream none of this would have been a problem. The cooks problem should have been with the server not me. Aside from the bartender, this restaurant is terrible. I sympathize with understaffing, but this really comes down to poor management. Every aspect of the restaurant is understaffed. We waited 30 minutes for cold nachos, then another hour for boneless wings, and the rest of our order never arrived. While I appreciate the tapas style, this restaurant is not equipped for it. The owner's response to my complaint was automated and lacked real action. I have clearly explained the issue, so it's frustrating that they don't take responsibility and expect the customers to do more before addressing the problem. Corporate doesn't even bother responding to these reviews.
Good Food but poor service. Bartender was lazy. Prices have gone up, yet they still ask at the end, Do you need any change back? when you go to pay the bill. The guy behind the bar was upset when we wouldn 't drink Pepsi versus Coke, which was what was ordered. Personally, I wouldn 't go back there. There are other BWW 's that don 't act that way towards customers.

As I am sitting inside this location patiently waiting. My hunger has become of me. Time now is 7:05, I arrived here at 6:10 and got seated immediately and placed our orders. Food is still not available for us to eat. Send Help, and refreshments. Update: 7:10. Food arrived.
We called ahead to accommodate a soccer team and their families. They were fantastic! It was a very large group and they said they only had two servers for the restaurant. They worked together so well. Food was great and fresh and was served with a smile! Thank you!
Stopped in for their burger and wing special. It was worth it. Had the brisket burger, and it was so good. The amount of food you got was a good value. Our server was very good. She took good care of us. As for the store, it might be time to update and remodel.
Literally never had a take-out order that wasn't messed up. Things are always wrong and/or missing resulting in having to drive back to the restaurant. Guess that's what you get when the place is run by teenagers.

This restaurant used to be better. It seems like they are trying to save money by taking shortcuts. For example, the bathrooms are dirty and not well-maintained. The faucet in the men's bathroom is broken!
Always a great place to go. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review was due to the fact they took off fried potato chips off the menu. Not chips like lays but the thicker version they had.
