The service here is really bad and unacceptable. It took the server forever to take our order when we first got there. she took our order first before taking the order of other guests that were seated before us. And when our wings arrived it was cold and I had to send it back. I started ordering the four dollars Casamigos shots, instead of our server letting us know that last call for hard liquor was at 10:30 PM when I had asked to put in another order for the shot she came back telling me they were out of Casamigos. So...I visited the Laurel, MD location and as a Maryland native who moved out of state and came back to the state...I am very disappointed. I NEVER leave reviews..but this is noteworthy. So my cousin and I stood up front..near the host stand for approx.15 minutes without any attention. I yelled at one server...nicely of course and received no reply. I finally flagged the same server down and finally got a booth. We sat across a table of four who informed us that they were waiting for one hour. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, but after waiting for an extended period of time, I asked another bartender if my order had been put through. She checked and realized it had not. Once I finally received the mozzarella sticks, I asked for more marinara sauce as the portion provided was not enough. Unfortunately, it took a long time for the sauce to arrive and by the time it did, the sticks were cold.
Overall, the experience was not very enjoyable, especially considering there were only 4 people at the bar and the dining area was mostly empty. The service should have been impeccable, but it fell short of expectations.
This restaurant location is the worst in the entire DMV area. The service is terrible, I give it below 1 star! I went there with my family for dinner and the server in my section completely ignored me. She avoided making eye contact and no one greeted my table for over 20 minutes. The server for my table, "FLACCA," was rude and agitated. Her attitude as a hospitality worker was aggressive and offensive. I will never visit this location again. The management and staff are unprofessional and tacky. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed.

After a disappointing previous experience, we decided to give this restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, the pineapple Mojito I ordered was tasteless and my husband's chicken wings, while looking good, were cold and tasted like they had been cooked a long time ago. This visit confirmed that we will not be returning to this location. The server was pleasant, but overall, we do not recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely the worst service of my life, could not remember who ordered what, had to ask 2-3 times for all of our drinks each time we ordered another round, brought out food 3-4 minutes apart for each person at our party of 5, flat out forgot two items, brought stuff we didnt even ordered. Cherry on top was I came home and came got sick from god knows what they did to the food and threw up 5 times.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a year due to past negative experiences. However, I decided to give it another chance because my children were begging to go for the wings. I'm happy to say that this time, everything from the welcoming front staff, to the energetic server, to the quality and speed of the meal surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be returning.

Slow service. The staff doesn't want to wait on customers. The manager seem to be more interested in hanging out as well. Went there to watch the NBA playoffs and it wasn't even on around the bar. I asked them if they could and I'm still waiting. Don't go to the Laurel restaurant go to College Park if you have to.
