Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. Ok, so I was a little frustrated about what happened. I made a reservation 5 days before I went, but when I get there I say I have a reservation but am met with Sorry, we don 't really take reservations . If reservations aren 't taken then why are they advertised on your website? Second, the menu changed (not that big of a deal) and the flavor of the wings I get every time were changed (probably sound snobby, but still). I 'm just saying why all this change when everything was fine and maybe don 't advertise reservations if you don 't take them.
Made a reservation through Open Table. Problem was that they do not take reservations. Why would Open Table say that I have a reservation when the restaurant doesn't take them. Was seated immediately. I give Buffalo wild wings 4 stars. Open Table zero
Excellent service, delicious food, fun atmosphere. My server was absolutely amazing, there was a few issues with my order but she made them right,promptly. I will definitely be coming back. You can never go wrong with chicken wings for dinner.

We ordered the ultimate nacho and instead received the ultimate disappointment. When we opened the box it was full of chips that were 95% plain with a dollop of toppings in the middle.
Restaurant was fine but your app is terrible. Said we had reservations but in fact they do not honor open table reservations and we waited 30 minutes for a table.
Buffalo Wild Wings does not participate with Open Table. They would not honor our reservation!
I ordered traditional wings and asked for them to be extra spicy.

The brisket tacos were fabulous, messy but fabulous.
