Whoever she was that was working tonight had an attitude beyond having a bad day. I witnessed it with 2 delivery drivers and 2 other customers. Be nice and kind to your customers and others around. If you don’t like what you are doing look for something else, but don’t take it out on people coming into your business. I walked out shortly after this, I will rather drive 10 more miles elsewhere or pay a little more at wingstop down the street just for better service.
I finally made it to this restaurant and the atmosphere is fantastic, with everyone being so friendly. I had read previous reviews and was impressed to find out they have a new General Manager who has really improved the overall vibe. They prepared my wings just the way I like them - sauced and crispy. For those who may have had a negative experience in the past, I would encourage you to give it another try as things have definitely improved.
We ordered two 10-piece boneless wings meals, one with fries and the other with onion rings. The wings were mostly coated in breading and very tough. One order came with only a handful of French fries and the other with only 5 onion rings. At $27, it was not worth it at all. I do not recommend wasting your money at this place. I also reached out to their corporate office with a complaint but received no response.
Really bad service if I’m being honest and food was really cold when we got it, the waiters made us wait a whole hour and brought the food in diffrent times so my whole family ate at diffrent times and waited for 30 minutes for just 2 cups to go and even asked 3 people and all ignored me. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and it will be my last. There was a skinny white man with glasses who was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I do not know his name. Corporate, please provide your contact number for further discussion.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Nafikka. I love the energy and the positive attitude. I pulled in yesterday and the store was slammed busy. She was the only one working the front and the phones and she held it all down. Thanks and nice Job.
