AVOID BOOKING THIS RESTAURANT THROUGH OPENTABLE! This location does not honor OpenTable reservations. Once you’re seated, everything goes well, but this is the second time my group has experienced issues. We always get the same response about how they don’t really take reservations through that platform. The first time, I thought it was just a mistake on the part of a new staff member, but clearly, that’s not the case. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was excellent, but I cannot stress enough—do not make reservations here via OpenTable. I’ve searched for a way to report this to OpenTable without success, so I’m posting this as a warning for others.
this place with or this location does not accept or use OpenTable reservations. everything after that was great. but this is the second time that it happened to my group and it is always a thing to get space and we get the “we do not really make reservations like this” talk. the first time I thought maybe it was just a new person or someone who didn't know. but it's not. the waitress was the best, the food was so good. but do not book a reservation here. I've been looking for to report this to opentable and not found it yet, so I write this here as a warning to others.
Although it took a while to be seated )the restaurant could not find our reservation) once we were seated our server was extremely pleasant and explained the specials and menu to us. The beer selection and wing selection was quite good though I must say the sauces were better than the spice rubs were on the wings. We tried the boneless wings this time since they were on special but would try the banana ones next time.
I booked 2 weeks in advance. when I checked the reservations, they said they did not accept any reservations. although I have received the confirmation from the website. However, I could get a table and the channel was overwhelmed with the party of 12. the management team does not really do how to run a business.
The restaurant was not very clean and the hosts didnt seem like they wanted to be there or be of assistance however our server, Paul, was amazing. He answered questions that we had on food options in detail and was very attentive during our meal.
We were seated but had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order. To avoid another long wait, we decided to order our food at the same time. This seems to be the usual experience at BWW.
Great atmosphere, food and service. Our server was especially good, on top of everything- checking in routinely.
